On the shore of an idyllic white sandy beach on New Zealand’s Coromandel Peninsula rests an elegant hut. The site lies within the coastal erosion zone, where all building must be removable. One long weekend, a boat load of OSB and 1000 screws equals one new studio for Liquor , a company that specialises in hand pulled, water based screen printing. Now up and running in the OSB box, here are a few quick snaps of our hard work!
I have an affinity for natural and raw materials at the minute and for a an office fit-out I am currently working on I am looking at reproducing some of these elements. I think they will look great with a splash of contemporary furniture and lighting against them! Although I am struggling to locate a supplier of reclaimed wood like this in the UK.
